Section 6
Appointing Central Officer Appointing Central Officer

(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and designate any body or official as the Central Authority of the Government of Nepal to carry out the work related to the exchange of mutual legal assistance between Nepal and foreign states.
(2) The officer designated in accordance with sub-section (1) shall carry out the work in accordance with this Act.
